Yesterday morning started of rough, and I had a difficult time recovering from it during the training I had to attend. As I was sitting there not knowing how I was going to pull it together to teach that afternoon, I saw Jill, the mother of one of my piano students, walk into the school. My mind immediately went to: "I need a hug, and she's the perfect person for it!" So, having a little extra time, I texted her asking if she was available for lunch. She was totally up for meeting me. When I arrived, not only was she standing there, but two other mothers, Linda and Mariah, that attend my church and love on me were standing with her. They had gathered to be my audience and support team--
so sweet!
After processing through what had happened, and giggling over coffee, they sent me on my way prepared to face the afternoon.
Some days I simply don't know what I would do without people like them.
